This study aimed to determine the quantitative differences of bioactive compounds in jengkol peel with different concentrations methanol solvents. Maceration method was used for extraction process, while content measured using a uv-vis spectrophotometer. designed complete randomized design (CRD) five treatments solvents (100% aquadest, 24%, 48%, 72%, and 96%) four replications. The observed variables this included yield extracts, tannins, saponins, flavonoids, total phenols. Data analyzed Analysis Variance (ANOVA). significant data further DMRT compare treatments’ means. results showed that use solvent at had no effect on extract (4.50-5.50%) phenol (0.97-1.52%), whereas it flavonoids. lowest tannins (2.98%), saponins (7.64%), flavonoids (0.18%) were produced by aquadest 100% solvent. highest (7,83%) saponin (20.81%) flavonoid (0.40%) 96%. concentration 72% 96% is able attract most effective utilize as ruminant feed additive.
